Sonic Alert and Geemarc Return / Exchange Policy
This policy covers all Sonic Alert signalers, alarm clocks, Geemarc phones and listening devices.
At Sonic Alert, customer satisfaction is our main goal. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your Sonic Alert purchase please give us a call. We’ve been providing service for over 40 years and have learned a few things along the way. Our customer service staff is highly trained and motivated to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new purchase, we’re not satisfied until you are.
You may return your Sonic Alert purchase within (30) days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging, warranties and instructions. Items damaged or showing excessive use, are not returnable for a refund.
How to return or exchange my Sonic Alert purchase:
- Contact Sonic Alerts’ customer service department to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please ship your return within (10) days of the date that Sonic Alert issues the RMA for.
- Place the item you are returning in a shipping box with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Write the RMA on the outside of the shipping box near your return address.
- Ship the fully insured item(s) to the address provided when you received your RMA.

Please note: You will need to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number from one of our Customer Service Representatives before returning any product. You must return your product within 10 days after you receive the return authorization from the customer service department.
