Luckily, the HomeAware® II Subscription Service Starter Kit amplifies your critical alerts AND notifies anyone you choose, such as loved ones and caregivers, with its included HomeAware® II Main Unit, Bed Shaker, and One Year of the HomeAware® II Subscription Service.

The included year of the HomeAware® II Subscription Service is a game changer and provides peace of mind like never before. It securely sends vital notifications from your HomeAware® II device to caregivers’ and loved ones’ mobile devices and email addresses, empowering them to respond to emergencies remotely. Unlike other mobile alerting systems, the HomeAware® II is never listening to you or compromising your privacy at home. To ensure this, it uses a safe connection via your home’s private and secure wi-fi to send your alerts.

When the included year of the subscription is completed, you will have the option to continue with this incredible service. If you decide that you no longer need it, you get to keep your HomeAware® II Main Unit and bed shaker at no additional cost.

The HomeAware® II Main Unit has an integrated smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) sensor, smartphone transmitter, and a dual-alarm clock. It translates alerts from your smoke alarm, CO detector, and phone into a bright red scrolling 2-inch display, eye-catching strobe flash, 105 dB audible alarm, and/or a strong vibration with the included bed shaker. To ensure all components of the HomeAware® network are communicating with each other, the HA360M-II monitors your system every 2 to 3 minutes.

You can enhance your HomeAware® II Main Unit’s capabilities by purchasing additional accessories to build a full home alerting system.

How does the HomeAware® detect and amplify my alerts?

With the integrated smoke and CO sensor, your HA360M-II main unit listens for the sound or pattern of your smoke (T3) or carbon monoxide (T4) alarms. When a sound or pattern is registered, the system will notify you.

The HA360M-II also has a built-in smartphone transmitter that will connect your smartphone to your HomeAware® system via the dedicated HomeAware® app Bluetooth connection, so you can be notified when a call or message comes in via scrolling caller ID.

How will I set up my included one year of the HomeAware® II Subscription Service?

When you purchase a kit that includes the HomeAware® II Subscription Service, a unique, one-time use code will be sent with your order confirmation email. When you are ready to set up your subscription, please enter this code directly into the Subscription Service portal on our website to claim your prepaid subscription.
