The HomeAware® II Basic Senior and Fall Safety Starter Kit with Subscription Service includes the HomeAware® II Main Unit, a Bed Shaker, the HomeAware® Vibe Wearable Receiver with Help Button, and One Year of the HomeAware® II Subscription Service, and can amplify alerts for emergencies like fires, carbon monoxide (CO), and calls for help during crises like slips and falls. It also connects to your smartphone and landline phones, amplifying calls, acting as a caller ID, and alerting you to text messages, emails, and social media posts.
The included year of the HomeAware® II Subscription Service provides peace of mind like never before. It securely sends notifications from your HomeAware® II device to caregivers’ and loved ones’ mobile devices and email addresses, empowering them to respond to emergencies remotely. Unlike other mobile alerting systems, the HomeAware® II is never listening to you or compromising your privacy at home. To ensure this, it uses a safe connection via your home’s private wi-fi to send your alerts.
When the included year of the subscription is completed, you will have the option to continue with this incredible service. If you decide that you no longer need it, you get to keep your HomeAware® II Main Unit, bed shaker, and additional accessories at no additional cost.
The HomeAware® II Main Unit has an integrated smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) sensor, smartphone transmitter, and a dual-alarm clock. It translates alerts from your smoke alarm, CO detector, phone, and calls for help from your Vibe into a bright red scrolling 2-inch display, eye-catching strobe flash, 105 dB audible alarm, and a strong vibration with the included bed shaker. To ensure all components of the HomeAware® network are communicating with each other, the HA360M-II monitors your system every 2 to 3 minutes.
The HomeAware® Vibe Wearable Receiver with Help Button is a portable device, with its clip or lanyard, that vibrates and lights up with color-coded lights to ensure that you're always notified of all HomeAware® II device alerts, including lifesaving alerts for smoke and carbon monoxide detection. The HELP button on your Vibe can also be used to send an alert directly to your HomeAware® II device and notify anyone within the home, and any caregivers or loved ones who receive subscription service alerts, when you need support. This wearable HELP button ensures that people who are at risk of falling will never be far from the help they need.

How does the HomeAware® detect and amplify my alerts?
With the integrated smoke and CO sensor, your HA360M-II main unit listens for the sound or pattern of your smoke (T3) or carbon monoxide (T4) alarms. When a sound or pattern is registered, the system will notify you. HA360M-II main unit also has a built-in smartphone transmitter that will connect your smartphone to your HomeAware® system via the dedicated HomeAware® app Bluetooth connection, so you can be notified when a call or message comes in via scrolling caller ID.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The HomeAware® II uses audio listening technology to detect your existing smoke and carbon monoxide(CO) alarms. It does not detect smoke or gas directly.
Because it "listens" to the environment, it is susceptible to false alarms caused by other loud noises.
To ensure it will work in an emergency, it is IMPERATIVE that you:
- TEST the full system regularly by triggering your actual wall/ceiling smoke and CO alarms.
- UPDATE the device firmware regularly, using the HomeAware® App, to ensure the listening capability is working at its best.
- VERIFY that the unit is placed where it can clearly hear your existing alarms without obstruction.
