To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Sonic Alert built the Sonic Bomb and HomeAware Apps as FREE apps. These SERVICES are provided at no cost and are intended for use as is.

The Sonic Bomb and HomeAware apps do not collect or store any personal data. The Sonic Bomb and HomeAware apps will not access your personal data, location, contacts, photos, etc. The Sonic Bomb and HomeAware apps will only communicate with the Sonic Bomb vibrator and HomeAware Main Unit and Receivers, respectively, sold separately. The App Store and Play store may collect information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. The only data that is provided to Sonic Alert from the App Store and Play Store is the country that the product is used and the versions of the OS that are used. We have no access or use for personally identifiable information.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. Our Service does not use any cookies.
