Great alarm, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I bought this alarm years ago. Still working very well, still reliably waking me up (I'm deaf in one ear). BUT recently after many years of usage, the clip to secure it to my pillow broke. Now I had to worry about it sliding all over the bed. I contacted SonicAlert and they are sending me a replacement clip FOR FREE!!! What a fantastic gesture. Great customer service!!!

I have been using this clock for a number of years, and it still operates perfectly. I often put it on a bedside table, clipped to the phone or light cord. The sound is loud when it vibrates on the wood, and definitely wakes me up.
